How does biology help with new turf and soils?
We are huge believers in biology as it has a huge amount of benefits, such as:

• Availability and exchange of key nutrients and trace minerals
• Soil structure and aggregation
• Water infiltration and retention
• Root and shoot development
• Nitrogen fixation
• Disease resistance and suppression of pathogens
• Tolerance to environmental (abiotic) stresses

How do I get the best results?
You can get some pretty amazing results just by applying at the label rate and watering in. Keep the moisture in your soil up to ensure the nutrition is taken up by the lawn. One thing we do recommend is following it up, if your lawn is not in a good way it will likely take more than one application to restock your soil to its maximum potential. After 8 weeks follow up with another application of LAWN PLAY RENOVATE for really poor lawns, if your lawn has returned to normal then follow up with Lawn Play All Rounder to continue the restoration process.

How much water should I apply to water in?
Water the lawn until the fertiliser granules have broken down. It’s best to use a sprinkler as a handheld spray gun will will take a very long time. Keep the soil moist, this will help the fertiliser be drawn up in the lawns roots.

Is this safe for all turf types?
It is safe for all turf types, however different turf types have different nutritional requirements. The rate for this product is 2-4kg per 100m² . For hungry varieties like Common Couch, Blue Couch we recommend using the top rate (4kg), however newer varieties of Couch like TifTuff and Santa Ana, Buffalo and Zoysia require far less nutrition and it would be better to go at the low rate (2kg) and apply as needed.

How long does this product last?
The fertiliser components will feed your lawn for up to 8 weeks if used at the higher rate. During that 8 weeks review the health of your lawn, if your lawn has returned to normal then follow up with Lawn Play All Rounder to continue the restoration process otherwise follow up with another application of LAWN PLAY RENOVATE.

Do I need to do anything else to keep my lawn looking good?
There’s a whole range of things you can do, the basics start with fertilising, weed control and insect protection. We have a calendar and some great packs that help you solve all those problems in one go.
