We provide customers with competitive rates through a varied number of providers. To achieve this we use a 3rd party for all of our shipping purposes.

Online tracking and delivery notifications for the recipient are sent once a shipping carrier has been coordinated to pickup your delivery from our warehouse. We ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order – if for any reason you order will be delayed we will contact you.

We reserve the right to contact you if you have not disclosed necessary details for us to provide delivery.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes – Street address and contact phone numbers will be required for all deliveries.

Special order items such as sprayers, level lawns and spreaders may attract additional delivery times from 2-4 weeks as these are made to order items, or stock not held on hand.

Some items may be shipped directly from a supplier (drop shipped). These items may have a 48 hours dispatch time, and can be expected to have a delivery time of 3 to 10 days depending on the location. We cannot drop ship to PO Boxes as these items are sent via courier and they require a street address and phones number for completion of these orders.
