If you’re looking for a solution to Onion Weed or Onion Grass in your lawn then look no further than Odessa herbicide. Not only does it kill the dreaded Onion weed but it also knocks out ryegrass and a number of other common broadleaf weeds, including Clover, Bindii and Oxalis spp. When using on your lawn, the sprayer should be thoroughly cleaned out before using on other plants within the garden. Odessa is a powerful herbicide even at low rates.

When should I use it to kill Onion Weed?
Odessa herbicide is a selective herbicide targeting Onion weed. That means it’s best to apply when it will be most effective on the weed, this is before the weed is seeding and at least 2 days after your last mow and 2 days before your next. The ideal time is when new leaves are being created in Spring.
How do I use it?
1.5g added to 5L of water will treat 100m2 for weeds including ryegrass, bindii, clover and many more. The inclusion of a surfactant like Wet-Out will improve the efficacy of the application. Be sure to follow the label instructions for cleaning your spray applicator.

It is safe for most common warm season turf types, do not apply to Blue Couch or any cool season turf types such as Fescue, Rye and Kentucky Bluegrass. Please read the label directions before applying.
