The Lawn Shed Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.thelawnshed.com.au website (The Service) operated by The Lawn Shed (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases
 If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your delivery address, name of person accepting the delivery and a contact email and mobile number.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

The Lawn Shed – Cricket Tickets Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
   The promoter is The Lawn Shed.

2. Eligibility:

   • Entry is open to Australian residents only.

   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.

   • Employees of The Lawn Shed and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter, customers must place an order of $100 or more (including GST, excluding shipping) with The Lawn Shed during the promotional period.

   • Multiple orders may be placed; however, each customer can only win one (1) prize set.

4. Prizes:

   • There are five (5) prize sets to be won.

   • Each prize set consists of two (2) tickets to one of the following cricket matches:

     • Perth Test – Day 3, Sunday 23rd November 2025

     • Brisbane Test – Day 4, Sunday 7th December 2025

     • Adelaide Test – Saturday 20th December 2025

     • Melbourne Test – Sunday 28th December 2025

     • Sydney Test – Wednesday 7th January 2026

   • Prizes will be allocated to winners in each state corresponding with their local game.

   • Total prize pool is valued at less than $2,500.

   • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

   • In the event the allocated match day is cancelled, the winner will instead receive a $500 The Lawn Shed voucher as a replacement.

5. Promotional Period:

   • The promotion runs from 1st September 2025 until 30th September 2025 (AEST).

   • Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible.

6. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries.

   • The draw will take place on 1st October 2025.

   • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

   • If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the prizes may be redrawn.

7. General:

   • The Lawn Shed accepts no responsibility for travel, accommodation, or other expenses associated with attending the match.

   • The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

   • In the event that a prize becomes unavailable, The Lawn Shed reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.

   • By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and The Lawn Shed’s decision is final.
