If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your delivery address, name of person accepting the delivery and a contact email and mobile number.

August Giveaway Competition Rules
Competition Name: August Giveaway
Prizes:
Win one of 2 Solo Sprayers.
Eligibility:
Open to residents of Australia.
Customers must purchase Bow and Arrow Herbicide, a Weed and Feed Pack, or a Spring Starter Pack during the month of November.
Qualifying Period:
The competition runs from 1st August to 31st August, closing at midnight.
Entry Requirements:
Purchase of the eligible products during the qualifying period automatically enters customers into the competition.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.
Notification of Winners:
Winners will be contacted via the phone and email numbers provided in their order.
Winners have 14 days to respond to this point of contact; otherwise, they forfeit their winnings.
Unclaimed Prizes:
In the event prizes are not claimed within the 14-day period, a redraw will occur for the remaining prizes.

Eligibility:
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of The Lawn Shed, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must purchase any product from The Lawn Shed between the start date of the promotion, the 15th August and 11:59 PM on the 31st of August.
Each eligible purchase will count as one entry into the draw.
The first 100 eligible purchasers will automatically receive a free stubby holder with their order.
Prize Details:
There are three (3) x $100 gift vouchers to be won.
Vouchers are redeemable only at The Lawn Shed and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 7 days after the promotion ends.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, The Lawn Shed reserves the right to select a new winner.

Promoter: The promoter of this competition is The Lawn Shed, an Australian online store for lawn care products.
