Monarch G Insecticide 2.5kg is a quality granular formulation of 0.5 g/kg Fipronil. Monarch G Insecticide is a systemic insecticide (upwardly mobile) which is highly effective by delivering outstanding control of Argentine Stem Weevil, Funnel Ants, Nuisance Ants, Nesting Ants and Mole Crickets. A key factor in treating mole crickets is a non-repellent product, so it can’t be smelt, tasted or felt by pests. Therefore the pest don’t know it’s there, and cannot react to or avoid it – especially important for funnel ants, nuisance ants, nesting ants and mole crickets.

When and how to use it

When should I use it?
Monarch G insecticide targets Mole Cricket. Treat on the first sign of the insects tunnelling.

How do I use it?
It’s as simple as measuring the required amount out for your lawn, for mole crickets use 600g per 100m2, spread evenly over the lawn.
After applying, water in with at least 6mm of irrigation.

How do I get the best results?
A nice even coverage of the lawn is critical. The product is best applied before the insect numbers become large.

How much water should I apply to water in?
Watering is required to get the product into the soil, this will require 6mm.

Is this safe for all turf types?
Absolutely. However, do not use in the garden.

Is it safe for kids and pets?
The product has a great safety profile, but it’s still best to allow the product to dry before walking on your lawn. Like most products keep the product container out of reach of children and pets.

Do I need to do anything else to keep my lawn looking good?
