The Lawn Shed Spring Voucher Competition 2023

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Employees of the Greenshed Pty Ltd are not eligible to collect prizes. This competition is only open to Australian residents.
  3. By signing up for the competition you agree that personal information collected in the sign-up process will be shared with The Lawn Shed.

 

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Entry is open to all Australian residents, over the age of 13 years (“Eligible Entrants”).
  2. If you are under the age of 18 years you must have parental/guardian consent to enter. The parent/guardian agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  3. Only one Eligible Entry per person (and per email address) will be accepted.

 

PRIZE DETERMINATION

  1. Winners for each prize will be contacted via private message by The Lawn Shed. 
  2. In the event a prize has not been claimed within 30 days of the date a winner was decided, the winner forfeits their prize.
  3. If a winner is under the age of 18, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner

 

  1. By accepting a prize, a winner (and their parent/guardian if they are under 18 years) agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize (including being interviewed and photographed).
  2. A Prize (or any unused portion of a Prize) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

 

GENERAL

  1. The total prize pool for this Promotion is valued at up to $200.00.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in or substitution of a prize nor its value. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to supply an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value, subject to any directions given by State and Territory gaming departments.
  3. The Promoter shall not be liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves the Promoter.
  4. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The is Promotion is a game of skill and the winner will be decided by a The Lawn Shed staff member based on the criteria set in the post.

 

The Lawn Shed NRL Tipping Competition 2023

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The Lawn Shed has no affiliation with Tips.com.au or any of its associated businesses.
  3. All rules are created by the tipping competition provider tips.com.au, the competition will be run according to these rules.
  4. Prizes will be distributed at the end of the NRL competition. In the event of a tie for 1st or 2nd place The Lawn Shed will award a winner based on the person involved in the tie, who last led the competition prior to the draw. A countback procedure will occur until a winner is awarded.
  5. Employees of the Greenshed Pty Ltd are not eligible to collect prizes. This competition is only open to Australian residents.

  3. The Promoter shall not be liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves the Promoter.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries or any weekly team changes not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. Entries or submissions will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
  5. If for any reason the Game or this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, or that it feels is appropriate and reasonable (in its sole discretion) in the circumstances.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, and in its sole discretion, to (a) request entrants to provide proof of identity and/or proof of valid entry and (b) disqualify any entrant in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of entry or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion.
  7. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The Promoter excludes all warranties in relation to supply of a prize, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian Law, is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
  9. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
  10. The Promotion is governed exclusively by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
